Delaney and Company Incorporated was established July 1980 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and specializes in the redevelopment and ownership of historical properties in downtown Bozeman, Montana as well as residential, commercial and land developments.
| Ileana Indreland, Managing Broker of Delaney and Company grew up on a ranch between Livingston and Bozeman, Montana and has been selling real estate in the area since 1981. She built her early career specializing in selling unique properties and earned her spot as a multi-million dollar producer. Mike moved to Bozeman from Hawaii having many years of commercial real estate experience there. Tony Renslow has worked with Delaney and Company as their Project Manager for 4 years. His main project of completion has been the Village Downtown Lofts located in historic East Bozeman. Tony is a licensed Real Estate salesperson and has 10 years experience of real estate development and sales in the Bozeman area. Tony is originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota and came to Montana State University and completed his degree in Business Finance in 1999. Tony’s wife Erica and their two young sons enjoy all that Bozeman has to offer. |

Terese Matuska Bricker has worked with Delaney and Company as their Office Manager and Broker Assistant for 2 years. Terese received her Real Estate salesperson license in March of 2009. Terese is originally from Wyoming and came to Bozeman for college and graduated from Montana State University. After graduating with a Social Service degree in 1999 she worked in her field for 6 years before moving into her current position at Delaney and Company. |
