777 East Main
For many years, the ‘historic’ part of downtown Bozeman was limited to just a few blocks of Main Street located between cross streets Willson and Rouse. The 777 East Main building, built in 2001, was one of the first commercial developments to extend the vibrancy of those blocks out to what is now the popular and thriving historic East Main Street.
This approximately 30,0000 square foot commercial building is strategically-nestled within a 100-year-old small town neighborhood, offering the benefits of a charming location as well as high traffic for growing businesses.

The Village Downtown
One of the first residential developments established in the historic part of downtown Bozeman, The Village Downtown was introduced in 2004 as a place where residents would be able to take full advantage of an ‘in-town’ lifestyle without sacrificing quality and amenities.
Today, The Village Downtown continues to offer a broad range of living options, including townhomes and single-family homes on Villa Lots, as well as lofts and penthouses for those seeking a low-maintenance ‘turn-key’ residence. All of these options afford direct access to many of the things that make Bozeman so appealing – dining options, shopping, markets, services, cultural attractions, and an extensive trail system that leads right up into the surrounding mountains.
As Bozeman continues to enjoy a downtown renaissance, The Village Downtown has become a unique choice for those who want the best of both city life and easy access to outdoor recreation.

Montana Ale Works
This historic train depot was built in 1916, when it was owned and operated by the Northern Pacific Railway Company. In the early part of the 20th century train travel began to fade in this region, and the building became relatively dormant for a number of years. Delaney & Company purchased the building in 1998 and began refurbishing it with the intention of creating a space that took full advantage of its unique character and historical significance.
Since opening in the renovated depot in 2000, Montana Ale Works has become known as “Bozeman’s favorite gathering place.” This ‘destination eatery’ continues to enjoy a reputation as one of the region’s most popular gathering places, thanks to superb service, inspired cuisine, and a vibrant atmosphere equally popular with families and friends.
